These terms apply when you use hellosailor.me or buy from Hello Sailor Me, an independent small business based in the United Kingdom.
Hello Sailor Me is an independent UK small business run by Michelle Doughty. All orders are fulfilled from the United Kingdom. Contact: hello@hellosailor.me.
When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We'll email you a confirmation once the order is accepted. A contract is formed only when we dispatch your item.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order (for example, if an item is out of stock or priced incorrectly). If we cancel, you'll receive a full refund.
Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Shopify at the time of order.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Full details are on the Shipping & Delivery page. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes in their country.
Please see the Returns & Refunds page. Your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are not affected.
We do our best to describe products accurately and photograph them true to colour. Slight variations in colour, tone or fit may occur due to your screen settings and the handmade nature of small-batch production.
All artwork, designs, photography and content on hellosailor.me are the property of Hello Sailor Me and may not be copied, reproduced or resold without written permission.
Discount codes (like SWEETHEART10) are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn or amended at any time. Only one code can be used per order unless stated otherwise.
Your personal information is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the current one — the date at the top shows when it was last updated.
